Prosciutto, roasted garlic, portobello mushrooms, onions, and goat cheese. With lots of crushed red pepper, of course.

I have a steak and mushroom pizza whixh I think is awesome while my wife goes for a chicken club pizza that comes with this jalapeno sauce.

I like most pizzas but lately I enjoy ones that do NOT have regular tomato sauce. I have yet to find a tomato sauce I enjoy as much as some of the alternate sauces

I used to know a pizza place in the suburbs of Copenhagen that offered omlette pizza. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't try it again.

As for me, any pizza that has meat (or some meat-y substance) on it, but no olives, is fine.

Speaking of trying unusual stuff on pizza, how is chicken tikka pizza? I've only had chicken tikka masala, and that was delicious.

Normally just a plain cheese and sausage man myself but sometimes I lean over to the dark side and order an onion, spinach and bacon pizza.

Favorite toppings (beyond sauce - with garlic - and cheese, which are pretty obvious):

                          Onions
                          Peppers
                          Sausage
                          Hamburger
                          Meatball

Onion + one of the meats is a common choice for me. Sometimes just onions & peppers.

                          Specials I like:

Tomato pesto - fresh tomato slices + pesto.

Chicken Veggie - sauce + cheese, chicken, red onion + broccoli, though I pick off the broccoli.

"Neapolitan" - fresh mozzarella + fresh sliced tomatos + olive oil + garlic + herbs (basil, oregano, etc, IIRC).

Is there anything that hasn't been tried on a pizza?

                              Broccoli can be good

my standard toppings are onions, tomatoes (several different types), mushrooms (several different types), black olives, and green peppers (generally just 2 of them), garlic...

artichoke can be good, presto can be good, the 'white' pizzas can be good, etc

For some reason, broccoli + cheese makes me wanna puke.

It may have something to do with a particular night in NYC that involved copious amounts of alcohol and then broccoli-topped pizza.
