I just stick with the regulars...

Cheddar and motzerella, but use lots. lots and lots. then add some more. Maybe sprinkle some parmagian cheese on.

(Please remember I'm from Wisconsin where we put cheese on almost everything)

What's tikka? I'm asking, because it means "woodpecker" in finnish, to the letter.

If really well done, nothing beats the classical "Margherita" with only tomato and cheese. And with "well done" I mean basically only in a good Italian pizzeria, preferably in Southern Italy itself. Delicious.

But some of the toppings I like are Onion, Salami, Hot Salami, Tuna, Mushrooms, and various cheeses, e.g. in the classical "4 formaggi".

                Now I'm hungry.

That's okay, I guess, but get rid of the veggies. The only veggie that belongs on a pizza is tomato sause (unless it's a Taco pizza).

I used to think that, but I think now a pizza needs some crunch - onions, peppers, jalapenos, etc

The classic plain pizza on a NY/NJ style pizza is absolutely wonderful (though it has to be done right, brick oven ftw).

If I'm getting toppings I tend to mix them up from a choice of mushrooms, jalapenos, pepperoni, Italian sausage, fresh garlic, and onions (usually 2 toppings per pizza, sometimes 3 if I'm feeling it). Sometimes I'll get some spinach as well, but not as often.
