I will try to help you.

If God set everything according to plan (ie a predestined world) then He would have set up the scientists also. So they would still be doing His will.

God has given every person free choice whether to obey him or disobey and disbelieve. Because people choose to disbelieve and live a life contrary to God's will, the earth and all the people in it suffer. But God prefers that to the other option he had of creating obedient robots, just as he has free will, he also gives that to people and the angels, knowing that some angels will utilize it to become demons and some people will become Hitler's and Bin ladens etc.

But he also creates people who live in distant regions of the earth and never have heard HIS WORD and instead believe, for example, in natural spirits.
Does this mean he wants some people to never have a chance to believe (and therefore, according to the belief of many evangelicals) be destined to go to hell?

The intricate designs of the animals and plants, the vast expanse of space, the glory of the stars and galaxies are all things that allow people to become aware of a creator if they think rationally about the universe and its contents. If people recognize this and seek God, then He will see that they find out about him, as He promises that all who truly seek Him will find Him. If people are not available to tell the person, then God may choose to use angels to pass the message or possibly Jesus himself will visit the person. God will never abandon a person who truly seeks Him

This thread is part of God's plan.

I don't think Free Will works without omnipotence and omniscience on the part of the one making the decision. Too many unknown variables in most circumstances. Even ignoring that, if there is a God, at best we're down here making "educated" guesses to do what God already knows we're going to do. It seems a bit inane to me... though we do the same sort of things to "lesser" beings as well. Rats and mazes... levers and pellets.

I hope He wins a blue ribbon at his school's science fair for all this...

I just know he promised that.

You don't know, you believe. Faith enables the believer to hallucinate that their opinions are facts.

JM, isn't that what I said more than once, including in the OP?

Of course it is. Think about it. I've brought it up before.
