I'm talking about people who think, that God has set everything according to the plan, so, following the same set of logic, illnesses are sometimes destiny, so science that combats some of those illnesses, like homo aids, well, is against God's will.
That is if you look at God's created world as a story, instead of a machine. I see the natural world as a marvelously complex system/machine/organism/whatever, and all scientists are doing is discovering the mechanics of it.

      What?

        True.
It's where we put our endeavors. Interesting that fireworks happened so long ago. I'm sure head colds existed.

Richeliu, yes, that's why I asked what the logic behind it would be.

Seems that people are caught up with their own logic, instead of the one I asked about.

And since there is no logic behind it, it doesn't make sense to be against science. Like ID theorists are. Against valid science that is. Doing a great disservice to real science, blurring the concepts of science. Wolves in sheeps clothes.

Seems like you and God sort of have the same problem.

Umm, you don't really understand what I was saying.

Remember, in Heaven there will be no sickness and dying. How God accomplishes that is up to Him, I just know he promised that. If he wants to use nanomachines, that is fine by me. Of course, he doesn't have to.

It does make sense, the problem is with your comprehension.

If the doctor cures someone that God has made sick, he is going against God's will. The fact that the doctor CAN has nothing to do with the fact that the doctor DOES.
And if someone builds a shelter to let a person in the rain stay dry, or makes some clothing to let a cold person stay warm, is that also going against God's will?

God created everything and everything was good. Viruses began as useful life bringing benefits to its hosts. With sin entering the world, life began to mutate and what was useful began to cause harm. Scientists are now finding that viruses can be useful in targeting cancers with treatment and possibly other disease, at least experimentally. As many many millions of virus strains continue to coexist in human, animal and plant bodies, it is highly probably that they are still a benefit to their hosts in many instances, just that disbelieving evolutionary scientists tend to not look for those benefits, so we are generally unaware of them.
