We agree on that. But iirc i have read posts from you criticizing some common European laws on this matter (specifically about neonazi groups).

So freedom of speech yes, allow hatred speech and anything else (while it is not directly against me).

Hmmm, I don't think I've supported neo-Nazis. I have said that the German ban on Nazi memorbilia is dumb. Everyone knows and hates the Nazis so there is no danger of them regaining power. It's dumb to arrest WW2 historians or even museum officials for showing historically accurate uniforms depicting the sides which fought in WW2 just as it is stupid to banned WW2 video games which use historically accurate flags and what not.

Now if someone advacates Nazi policies such as killing Jews, Gypsies, and Homosexuals then they're advocating racial hatred and should be jailed.

One is a crime the other is not. Freedom of speech is great but advocating people kill nonbelievers is a serious threat to the social order and must be stopped.

Id add that Conservative Judaism> Orthodox Judaism on this scale as well, but Id be accused of once again over focusing on Jewish trivia.
