I look t it this way he exchanged a broken piece of equipemnt for one that works, Walmart aint gonna loose money they will get store credit for defective merchandise. I on the other hand paid to fix my tv 196.00. for it to last 2 years and then blow up again so now its no more electronics from walmart.When you find yourself arguing with an idiot, you might want to rethink who the idiot really is.

Im not sure how they loose money either way someone would have had to repair or replace the item. Apple for the warranty on the item. Walmart will get their money back cause if you think of how many nanos they did sell that werent returned. My point is that nobody couldnt prove this item was not bought over christmas, and there fore walmart returns it to apple defective.When you find yourself arguing with an idiot, you might want to rethink who the idiot really is.

no the store he bought it from should repair it not Walmart. and certianly the yshouldnt be giving him an upgrade ipod for the $50.

Lordshive I think that is why the proucts have warranties. I have lifetime warranty on my laptop but it is limited and i have to pay for things that i cause to the pc. if it is considerd to be related to the malfuction of the pc by no cause from me then HP has to repair it.When you find yourself arguing with an idiot, you might want to rethink who the idiot really is.
