If target works with computers, plug in a second mouse and keyboard to their computer. Works best on technological idiots.

If the mark has old-style monitor with separate RGB inputs, swap the Red and Green inputs for interesting color combinations.

In Windows, edit the sound configuration and substitute new sounds. This is best done with homemade obnoxious sounds.
