"Killing" does not mean actually killing anyone, it means using your influence to bring about cultural changes in people who are innately hostile to you so that that innate hostility disappears. You "kill" the hostility, the enmity, even if that means completely changing the culture of the opponent.

So...you basically mean doing exactly what you're complaining about others doing to India, only you'd be able to do it without killing the intellectual/priestly class, destroying buildings and literature, or otherwise committing atrocities? I had not known that you Indians had such remarkable magic powers. Why don't you use them? Not just on your own behalf, either; Indians shouldn't have to settle for outsourced tech support jobs if they know how to subvert a hostile culture without first undermining its most powerful supportive institutions.
