That's one of the dumbest terms I've heard in a while.

It wasn't the best phrase ever I agree. It does describe what they were going for though; namely, a centrist approach which breaks down the existing party plateforms and comes up with something new which ignores the sacried cows of both parties. Setting that aside... dude, the whole point of the "center" is that it's MODERATE.
It's like saying "I'm a radical moderate!"
