That was a good part, but nothing tops the whole first chase scene - except, in a very different way, the shower scene. The shower scene was the place where I realized that there was some weird line of continuity between this Bond and Bogart's Rick Blaine in Casablanca.Originally posted by korn469

As for the drink, which is in the book as well, it's
3 parts gin (Bond specifies Gordon's; I can't remember if that's in the book, too, or if it's more product placement)
1 part Vodka
1/2 part Kina Lillet (a French aperitif similar to vermouth and, if my experience is in any way representative, very hard to find in the US).
