Must be Berkely (district 2). My mom votes for her she's district 2. I'm district 3. I think the line is east of Eastern, or maybe south of Sahara. I can't remember where the lines are now.

I rest my case. Hard to imagine these states are raking in the money from farm subsidies when they don't have any farms...

we are a mining state (aside from the gaming/tourism industry of course ). I'm not sure what kind of subsidies the mining industry gets. They do get some prime choices of land to survey.
