The dem one I read would call you and ask who you were voting for in a certain race. If you answered the Demo candidate, it would thank you for your support. If you said the repub candiate it would launch into a string of questions like

I don't see how what the NRCC is doing is any worse; it only seems like you're being pestered by a Democrat if you don't listen to the entire message. Otherwise it's just a run of the mill negative message. It's certainly not "obscene"...KH FOR OWNER!

When is any campaign add or poll not pestering?
Any call where you attempt to deceive by masking who the originator is, is Fraud in my books. And the same thing. I manage call centers doing fullfilment and customer servce. Both these tactics disgust me and lower the image of call centers lower (if that's possible
).

This combines the smearing of the Dem (as you would get with the push poll) with making the voters think that the Dems are calling them seven times in the row at dinner time (far worse than the smear itself IMO).
