Not sure but sounds likely. I remember Q3 posting something about Pakistani guest workers acting like Barbarians in Korea and raping several women who dared to walk on the streets alone. There justification was something like the women weren't wearing head scarves and/or chadors and they were walking without a male escort so obviously they wanted to be raped. Sure, that was just some country dumb asses but I do think there should be some sort of cultural test before we let in aliens from radically different cultures. Something to show they have learned the basic values of the society which they wish to move to.

Change the tone but a little and I assure you it's a defense asserted by lots and lots of rapists.

The "she was askin' for it!" defense isn't exactly limited to whackjob Muslim fundies. It doesn't fly here anymore, AFAIK, but it's not like it's been lost in the mysts of time.

Exactly. It's an insult to humanity. As Arrian says, though, it's not just religious wingnuts that are prone to this position. Radical feminists who start with the premise "All men are potential rapists" reach similar conclusions.

No, he's comparing muslim men to cats, implying that muslim men are just about as accountable for their actions as are cats. Since accountability requires a degree of intelligence, willingness, psychological balance, and moral education he's implying that muslim men are lacking in one or more of those departments.
