I don't know that we should classify this as "bad things happen in war." When I think bad things happening in war, I think of napalm falling on villagers, gang rape, child soldiers and young men dying of shock in a godforsaken wilderness after stumbling into an ambush.
Whereas a guy posing with his meat hanging out while holding a human skull sounds like someone's student thesis for a degree in modern art or something.

of course rubbing your dick on a skull is worse than flying planes through buildings and generally speaking slaughtering infidels, so this is pretty much all about our "civilization" if we don´t even have the good sense of defending our culture against a raging horde of people living in the Middle AgesI will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Yep. As BeBro said.
But they plan to do more education on the troops going abroad, i.e. before their departure they get a couple more lessons in the classroom where they´re taught what´s O.K. and which things should better not be done in the culture of the country where their mission will take place.Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"

I said IF they found the skull lying around. If they were digging up graves for sh*ts and giggles then, of course, they are f*ckwads.

Yes. Very strong reactions so far - I think in part also because there's the fear that radical islamists could still use the thing to try something (after all it took long before the cartoon stupidity got momentum - the cartoons were published in Denmark months before).
The more westerners make a fuss about their own so-called-atrocities against Islam (when invariably they aren't), and demand special sensitivity-training for troops, the more it encourages the Islamists to kick and scream.
Like the banned opera in Germany, who needs the radicals when the authorities and media are doing their job for them?
