More often then not it is, at least in the sciences and applied sciences fields (like engineering). Why else would you bother to learn the stuff plus they're valuable skills and it would be hard to find a similiar paying vocation. The exception would be scientists/engineers who go to grad school to get something like an MBA.Originally posted by MRT144

Of course it's not insignificant. 51% of population are women, and maybe about 50% (I'm guessing) of those are married, which makes it a constituency of about 25% of the population.Comment
