"Unfortunate incident", indeed. "...depends on how the U.S. will act." Like they have no control over how they act.

Of course they may not yet be able to make a warhead small enough to fit on a missile, let alone having a multistage missile that can actually reach the west coast.

A cynic might hope that NK launches a nuclear missile. That would certainly bring the world to ensure this crisis ends, and perhaps encourage antiproliferation measures in the future.

Of course, the nuke wouldn't end up hitting anything, i'm fairly sure

North Korea has conducted a second nuclear test and was trying to confirm it, a government official said Wednesday.
