Most paprika is weak and tasteless. You want the good stuff and it should be fresh or atleast not be years old. Good paprika has a different spice then chili but it still has some serious kick.He's got the Midas touch.

The one that says Pride of Szeged is from Hungary and you can find it in lots of American grocery stores. It is the kind my mom always used. You can see it in some of the pics.Originally posted by Japher
