The testicles are actually supposed to "drop" in utero. A few will not descend until sometime during the first twelve months, but if a testicle has not descended by then it has a higher risk of developing cancer. This exam should really take place at latest during the boy's second year so the undescended testicle may be removedbefore the risk of cancer begins to rise."I say shoot'em all and let God sort it out in the end! -
