May I also point out that millions have died throughout the world for science ("scientific socialism"), pieces of cloth, plots of land, language, "honor", "loyalty", plunder, for sheer aggression and a variety of other causes?

Well, IIRC Muslims are specifically forbidden beer and wine (literally fermented grape or grain products). Depending on how liberal their mullah or whoever is, they may find other liquors acceptable. Regardless, I don't think these guys need booze right now. The one dude with the really crazy beard looks like he needs thorazine more than anything else.Comment
