You aren't really seeing it then.
I would recommend going with your kids (to sunday school or wherever).. so you can see what they are being taught.
I don't think that you can show more than 1-2 cultural expereinces to your child during the formative years. More has to be up to them when they are a teenager (or older).

One thing I've wondered for sometime now is; If God is God, and God is Lord, why the heck do people say Jesus is their lord and savior? I get the savior bit, but am confussed on the whole heirarchy. Did God give Jesus, his son, to the people to rule over them and then step aside? If so, then why do people still even bother with God?

And if you are only going to do one, how do you decide which to do?

Really? You can understand it in under an hour?
I don't think so.
Christianity makes a lot of sense to do in Western Society. I would guess Bhuddaism would make a lot of sense in eastern? Really depends on what is the dominant form of religious expression in your area. Or what intrigues you.

Japher, holy trinity.
Yeah, go to church and stuff, it won't hurt, but later on turn her into devil worshipping atheist. If you teach her now that there is no God, they can't make up their own minds later on so easy, if you go like 'yeah we do this church thing now', they can make it up later. Because they pick it up from the parents mostly anyway..
So... you can bring on the evil science things later on
Or you can hit her in the face and say 'don't cry, if you do, there is no Jesus'. Let her make up her mind if she believes or not. Faith has never been easy. First lesson, fist in the face.

As long as the parents are forcing religion on children.
I think it's a good idea to expose children to a variety of things. Take them to a hind temple (if such things exist), or a mosque. Then later in life the teenager can decide what is right for them.

Famous rabbinic story
In the 1st century CE, rabbinic Judaism had two leaders, Hillel and Shammai.
A gentile approaches Shammai, and asks him to teach him Torah while standing on one foot. Shammai is angered, and tells him to leave.
He goes to Hillel, and asks the same thing. Hillel stands on one leg and says "That which is hateful to thyself, do not do unto others - all the rest is commentary - now go study"
From which we get the phrase "al regel echat" on one foot, meaning the short version.
But of course you still need to "go study"
Ive studied Judaism for years, and I still dont feel fully equipped to judge it. The whole point of J is the depth, the need to get deeper and deeper in knowledge.
Which religion - well of course if you ARE an at all observant Jew, you have to face the fact that teaching J to your children is one of YOUR principle obligations, under the Halacha.
Of course it also takes more teaching for a religion/civ that ISNT the dominant one."A person cannot approach the divine by reaching beyond the human. To become human, is what this individual person, has been created for.” Martin Buber
