Put me down as an inbetween
This woman I'm seeing, we had all these plans to visit Canada in two weeks (going for different reasons, but there at the same time). Hotels are reserved. Plans arranged with family and friends. Bought two $200 tickets for the Leafs.
For her birthday, I got her $100 tickets for this Saturday to take her to see Westlife (a band that I know I will truly hate).
Everything in the relationship is fine, except that it is a struggle to find time to see each other. I work until 9:45 p.m. By the time I get to her place, it's almost 11. So she's not getting enough sleep because she has to get up in the morning at 7. And I usually work Sundays, so we only get to spend one day a week together.
And then out of the blue, last Sunday she suddenly tells me that she only likes me as a friend, that there's no passion. So she breaks up with me, all the while she's crying her eyes out because of course there is no passion.
