        Well, CBS switched away from their "marquee matchup" after new England went up 38-13. Carson Palmer fumbled the ball away on consecutive possessions followed by easy NE TDs.

        Laurence Maroney, BTW, looks like he will be awesome.

                      Anyone want to argue now that the Bears aren't the most dominating defense in the league, if not since at least the Ravens superbowl team?

                            Bears may be good, but don't use this game as a gauge.
                            They always have a good defense though. True.

                              right... it's not as if dominating the reigning NFC champs (who went up 35-0 on the Giants last week) means anything...

                                That's only if you count Seattle sans Alexander (Hell, even with Alexander) to be as potent as San Diego . Though a 7 point different isn't all that much. I don't think you can get a feel for who is the more dominant defense until a few more weeks.
