I wonder what we're hearing. I've only heard of ne instance in my workplace when someone got booted for being gay, and that was because he went up to the CMC and told him. CMC said "okay" and didn't do anything about it. So he went up and told the Chaplain.

There were a few guys where it was an open secret they were gay...I never heard of anyone getting booted unless that was what he wanted to do, and made a stink about it. (And they send you to be evealuate by a shrink to determin if you really are gay, or just trying to skate out of your enlistment)
