      Make chili.

              3# ground meat
              1.5# yellow onions, julienned
2-3 large cans of kidney beans
2-4 large cans of diced tomato [edit: just looked at one of the leftover cans i had. these are the "family size" cans]
              1# fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
              1 head garlic, minced
              2 cups fresh chopped cilantro
              2/3 cup salt
              1/3 cup ground cumin
              1/3 cup chili powder
1 quart of the raunchiest burgundy you can find
              1 midsize bottle of tabasco
              1 habanero pepper, diced (optional)

              1. sautee meat with chili powder and cumin.
              2. clean peppers, and dice.
WASH YOUR HANDS VERY THOROUGHLY AFTERWARDS, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
              3. julienne onions to preference, and lightly sauttee.
              4. combine all ingredients, incorporating thoroughly in a large (2-3 gallon) stock pot and simmer for 6-10 hours.

That's probably why he asked for how much I have,

I have 250g of ground meat, just half a pound.

But I do welcome all recipes posted on my recipes threads

When I feel lazy and hungry, wanting to eat something with little effort involved and have minced meat at home I do this.

Add meat to warm frying pan, wait until brown.
Add a can of tomatoes, a can of baked beans and a can of kidney beans. Put alot of spices in it, like chili and whatever you have at hand. Let it simmer for maybe half an hour, the more you let it rest the better it will taste. Bon "hangover" appetite.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars

Half an hour? I usually do stuff like that for 15 minutes at max, just because I'm too hungry to wait longer

Thanks for your hints guys, I went for meatballs and they were nice

Ok, you really have to be open minded on thisun, but have I ever steered you wrong?

Use loinburgers meatball recipe except if you can afford it use olive oil. Then, mix ketchup and grape jelly 50/50, heat and coat the meatballs. (After pouring off the oil)

                                Serve as apetizer.
