I was only involved in organizing the pig, not in strapping it to the stick and not in cooking it either. The guy who was responsible for the barbecue however constantly covered its skin in some marinade he made of beer and different spices. Its taste was very nice. Maybe I should go t othe Phils and try one there

The back had a tiny black spot on it during the moment before it was rescued. Bonifacio was a broken man.
I usually do stuff like that for 15 minutes at max, just because I'm too hungry to wait longer
