Mix it with breadcrumbs, oatmeal, and garlic, roll it into balls, cook the meatballs in a pot with canola oil, serve with spaghetti and marinara.

Alternative: Mix it with breadcrumbs, oatmeal, and garlic, roll it into smaller balls, cook the meatballs in a pot with canola oil, serve with rice cooked in beef broth, onions, and celery.

This ground meat is the left over half from what I used for some basic stew yesterday.

I cookd it with onion, peppers, corn and tomato. Had it with rice. As for spices: When I have meat I dig a combination of rosemary and oregano.

I'd like to try something Southern States / soulfood like around this time. Any ideas? Lots of onion and stuff, right?

Loin, thanks, sounds delicious. Don't fancy pasta now though, and I try and avoid garlic these days. don't know why, normally I dig garlic.

Japher - not cold stew, just cool as in ace

You could make burgers out of it, if you have a grill to cook 'em on...

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

It's a mix of pork and beef... chili sounds good, but I'd like to try something new... Cajun?

Oh, pork + beef... definitely meatball material... you could just make a meatball sandwhich, thus avoiding the pasta...

My flatmate recommends to make Buletten, which is basically what meatballs are

I might go for meatballs, in which case Loin's recipe could be used.

Do they sell pizza crusts in your benighted country? You could cook some small meatballs and slap them on the crust along with some pizza sauce, mozzerella, pepperoni, and mushrooms.

Alternatively, I've got a pizza crust recipe, but it takes three hours for the dough to rise.

you can add celery to the soup

and crumble the feta over it
