        Yes, the new and improved English 2.0 invented by the United States has dictated "winningest" to be a word. Thankfully we ironed out the bugs in the first version, including a peculiar overuse of the letter 'u' in certain types of words .

                        WinME was a "later" version than Win98 too, opinions are still somewhat divided as to wether it really was an improvement.
