The mods don't care, people are allowed to dish it out at me but if I dish it back I'm promptly banned. That's one thing I tried to discuss with the mods via PM but got responses consisting of "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" (here comes another ban for quoting word-for-word their reply).

And I don't see it as being selfish and arrogant. I'm a Plus subscriber, and as far as I'm concerned Markos and Dan are not providing a legitimate service insofaras they refuse to call what they do a business (when it is, by definition and by legal terms). They refuse to address issues and refund money for service that is terminated arbitrarily, or even to provide acceptable levels of customer service.

If they are abiding by the law, they have nothing to worry about. As it stands now, Dan is very likely taking the money under the table without declaring it properly and the CRA has every right to know about that, particularly when he refuses to run an honest business. It's time they start treating what they do seriously from a legal standpoint, and if a CRA audit helps them realize they are running a business, maybe they'll treat their customers with a bit more respect.
