Why do you think I'm hostile to them? Because they're hostile to me. They found me to be a pain in the ass because I made a big frickin deal when they announced Urban Ranger as a moderator and I called them out on the stupidity of the whole thing.

Ever since then, whenever I had an issue they told me to "take it to PM". When I take it to PM I'm ridiculed, insulted, and/or ignored. Then when I got sick of this, I made the contents of their PMs to me public so everyone can see what tw*ts they were being. They promptly deleted the posts and banned me.

When I quoted the PMs elsewhere, I was banned yet again.

And I never threatened to sue. When they refuse to refund money for disrupted service for arbitrary reasons, I think that's tactless. I wrote a letter to the CRA asking them to investigate whether the business is operating legally within Canada (as all income is sent to DanQ in Ontario), which is not threatening to sue.

The legal comment came when nye implied they may sue me for defamation, at which I replied it'd be almost comical if they wanted to get into a lawyer fight with me (MarkG being someone who owns a rather dismal website making business and DanQ being a highschool teacher).
