That's been different every World Cup, you've also managed to lose to Iran, Canada (Officially we were part of Oceania - but once we won that by thrashing such football nations as the Solomon Islands, we had to play the fifth placed team in the South American region for a shared spot...) and Scotland in the past and before 1982 Oceania and Asia shared one qualifier tournament (which might be the best solution actually, should return to that format)...
