My guess is that it's the spot light on a helicopter. Maybe an airplace. Possibly a flying saucer.

Hmmm, well the twinkle could be due to the relative size...a star looks much smaller from this distance than a planet and therefore appears more affected by 'twinkle'. Perhaps?Originally posted by Zkribbler
