East of course. My parents were longhaired "hippies", i.e., potentially dangerous bourgeoise-lifestyle adherents, hence no chance in hell to travel to the West without enrolling into KGB first.

I think the sad fact is that SK cares less about a nuclear NK than a nuclear Japan. After all, its the Japanese they hate.

Don't dismiss the missile defense system completely:
'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

Except, at least with that, he's correct.
The South Koreans, particularly the younger generation, don't mind that the North has nuclear arms--after all, should there ever be reunification, the united Korea would have... nuclear arms.

They would rather have a nuclear North than a nuclear Japan.

Yeah, it pisses off the USAF consistantly that the navy is more successful in shooting down ballistic missiles with a devolpment of the Standard Missile than fancy expensive interceptors.

In his mind, he does. In reality, it's a different matter.

In the first hour. It is project that one million South Koreans would die in the first hour of the re-opening of hostiilities. the DPRK has 40,000 hardened artillery pieces pointed at the RoK's capital.

That tells us nothing about the test. The system has never worked except when the target was broadcasting a beacon to guide the interceptor to the target. I doubt the NK would be so kind.

Now, please someone tell me which treaty the world signed that said other countries can't develop missiles?

No, it's because jackasses on BF2 who play on a .fr server(because in EA-land a server in France has better Ping than one in DC) go out of their way to antaganoize our European brethren.
