Ah, I see. They were applying a practical aspect of Einsteinian relativity: The physics are the same whether the winshield of a plane flying at 400 mph crashes into a bird (in this case, a chicken) or whether a chicken flying a 400 mph (having been shot out of a cannon) crashes into a plane's windshield.

I don't watch any tv anymore. Not even family guy. Though I should start taping those again. I don't even watch the news anymore. No sports (at least not till football season starts)

I don't know what happened. I just prefer to spend more time on the computer and with my friend and gf. I simply do not have enough time in the day to watch TV.

        Mythbusters rocks

Deadliest Catch is also good (also Discovery Channel).

My wife & I watch baseball (Yankees - me, Red Sox - her), Tennis, American Football (intermittantly), and occasionally ice hockey and soccer. We watch Poker, too, but I didn't want that in the same sentence as actual sports.

We'll watch the Simpsons, South Park, and less often Family Guy & American Dad. I'll sometimes check out Colbert. If we're bored, we might watch some Stargate.

Mythbusters is really fun. going tribal is always interesing and Dirty jobs is funny to watch sometimes. Discovery has a decent lineup.

The only thing I watch on the History Channel anymore is repeats of Band of Brothers.

I can;t wait till the new season of Venture Brothers.

Veronica Mars, Battlestar Galactica, Sopranos and Deadwood are my must-see shows but I also follow Lost and watch the occasional episode of Stargate when I feel like gouging my eyes out.

Mostly I watch the news. We don't have cable, so it's pretty slim pickings. On weekends I try and watch some sports. This last weekend was amazing. I watched 8 World Cup games, Stanley Cup finals, NBA finals, British Grand Prix, Golf and part of a baseball game. But that is really an unusual amount for me. My girlfriend likes some of those police shows, so I see one or two of those a week as well. Broadcast television has been a nearly complete wasteland since the advent of the "reality" series. I can't stand any of that crap for more than five minutes. Whatever shows I tend to like aren't scheduled regularly enough for me to follow their migrations around the calendar. For instance I like Scrubs and Boston Legal, but have no idea when they are on.

I don't really watch TV right now (well, I have went over to a freinds house to watch the World Cup a couple of times).

They just re-run earlier seasons of 24 here, I am watching now S2. When they had them the first time, I missed lots of episodes because of work/uni so now I can see them in the right order....

Otherwise I watch New BSG (which they currently paused after S1 until autumn), ST: Enterprise (they are in the last season here)....and football world championship

Most other tv stuff they have here is either stuff I know too well (X Files and TNG in its umpteenth re-run) or something which is just dumb.

I don't anything on TV regularly these days.

The last thing I saw was a documentary about tardigrades.

I had Hell's Kitchen on last night, but was on the phone for most of it. Then started watching some dating show that bored me so I went to bed/passed out.

I like reality shows, sitcoms, but I mostly watch FoodTV, The Travel Channel, A&E, and HGTV. I'm a junkie for self improvement, home improvement, real estate, and food shows.
