$12 billion for a frickin' train station? That's the killer!
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

The average human mind asks: Oh my god, how many were wounded?

DanS asks: Oh my god, how much did it cost?

They're saying now that one of the first stab victims was found to be HIV positive. They now fear that some of the subsequent victims could turn out to be infected as well.

        Yikes.

I'm afraid I'm not sympathetic. You advertised homicide and that's the only homicide involved.

Try reading it again - the station was only 700 mill euros - the total bill of $13bill was for the whole package including a tunnel, some river work etc.

Yeah, but we all know Sim City - taxes are going up to pay for this ostentatious show.

Nah, you just take 10 x $25.000 loans and die the interest death

Isn't it funny how they always say that?

Just think, if your country had more liberal gun laws someone could have shot him for that.
