    OT:
Galloway made a couple of nice remarks too the last couple of days.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

Galloway said that the suicide murder of war criminals and mass muderers (i.e., Blair) would be justified, as long as no innocents were hurt.

            He's not wrong.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

That's not what he said, che.

He said that the murder of Blair (by suicide bomber or otherwise - it wasn't stated) could be seen as morally justifiable, not that he personally advocated it.
Essentially it was a leading question by Piers Morgan - an essentially hateful individual, so, essentially, I don't see what the fuss is about. I can see very well why a follower of a radical Muslim cleric who supported the Hussein regime might well see the assassination of Tony Blair as morally justifiable, or even someone who lost a family member to the bombing of Iraq, but then morals are personal, not universal, and if the same thing happened to you then you might agree with it too, if only on a moral standpoint. Many people believe that revenge is a fair motive, although most major religions preach against it. Make of that what you will.
Now as for selling out the leftists who voted for him, then that's not a sentence to death, but I've got my fingers crossed that Gordon Brown remembers where his original support came from when he takes over.
