The problem with making a new way to play games is that the initial new games will be crap. Over time the games using the new controllers may get interesting. Until then, I imagine that they'll be fairly basic. That swordfighting game looks very lame.

Meta Knight is from Kirby's games, I think. I'd guess Pip is from Kid Icarus.

Well its in MS's interest that Wii does well. They know they can't get into Japan. Nintendo, however, has got no problems with that. If Wii can sell well in Japan and X360 well in the US and Europe, they can sufficiently weaken Sony's power in the market.

I may get both myself (though perhaps the Wii a bit later).

Never having been a console gamer, though I did buy a PS2, I don't plan on buying a PS3.

Squeenix is no longer the selling point for game purchases.

That said, I may be convinced to buy a DS Lite or a Revolution.
