I buy a new (second hand -- ~100€) about every three months.
My previous was something of a new record seeing as I had it for over a year!!
It needed servicing so all in all, it wasn't too bad (was a nice mountain bike though ), but the new one is a even nicer (though older model) mountainbike.
Don't worry so much about your idle earthly possesions.

I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Some Scumbag Stole My Bike
Sucks... I had that happen to me twice... both times I got the bike back though
The first time it happened, I was living in a small town, where you only put locks on new bikes... One day the bike was gone, but later that day I found it about 50 meters from where I lived, in the same condition as it was stolen
The second time happened many years later, in the city I live in now. I borrowed a bike from my brother (very old bike... without a lock), took it downtown where I parked it in the middle of the day... a few hours later it was gone... no big suprise, but the bike wasn't really worth anything, so no loss... the big suprise happened the day after, when I found the bike in the exact same spot as we left it earlier... I guess they found out they couldn't get anything from selling the bike
You can one here too. The problem is, is that if that it gets stolen, you need to pay for it, as you can be pretty much assured that it will get stolen eventually...you can see where I'm going here, can't you.
Also, the ones you can get here, are those awfulll big black "Dutch" bikes (often of the female variant, on which I will break my neck )
