        So, the Muslims were A-OK with going into a brothel to have illicit sex with white women, but they didn't want their national flags to be on display while so doing.

                  The patronizing attitude towards women as it is usually associated in the west with Islam, is it inherit in Islam itself (Quran) or just in the Arab world? I can see how Arab culture and Islam cannot be parted one from another, but is it explicitly stated in the Quran that women are inferior beings or whatever makes up for this?
