the pagers are DOE, and give a good way to get a hold of someone (but not contact right than like a cellphone)

they way my call works is they try to reach me at home, if they cant get me there, they call the cell. They have pagers we can take home but who wants to carry a pager n top of everything else. most people in the hospital can take one of their issued pagers but the cell phones are easier to deal with.
