    Nope but if every oil company pulls out, then thats a big flight of both capital and expertise-- I assume these were the things the governmnet wanted to access when they made deals with these companies

                          Fairness seems dictated by some ideal that anyone that actually HAS anything must have someone gotten it by nefarious means and therefore its just fine to take it

                            Is there no legal recourse for this. Can't he be sued in an international court or something. Unless he did give them the moeny for the companies after he seized them. That's a little more acceptable (though still ****ed up).

                              Western governments could reimburse companies effected by appropriating Venezuelan assets. Well, maybe not...

                                assets of his could be siezed, such as the refineries/gas stations he owns in the US, and seeing as how hes a US puppet, thats not going to fly.
