    I haven't had croc, but I'll take your word for it. Rattlesnake was pretty bland tasting, and I can't see why anyone would go out of their way to eat it twice.

          Well, I did use saignant.

                            If you like it anything over 'medium' then save yourself some money and buy a burger, cos thats what youre eating.

                            We have 'blue' in the UK (same as Saignant???), the first 1mm either side is sealed and the middle is left uncooked. The only way to east steak, even if the chef messes it up you still get it "rare" at the very least.
