Rare or medium rare...depends on how vampiric I am feeling

I prefer my beef to be moose.

I had a moose burger the other day and it was delicious. It tastes just like beef, but since its a wild animal there's no fat or anything. Just deliciousness.

Medium Rare, at most. Medium, if the chef is an idiot.

Prefrerably not. Though I'm not an expert on animal biology I would expect them to have a stable blood circulation all month long.

Voted Medium Rare for steak or roast.

Medium well for burgers. (If at a restaurant, I usually ask for medium, because they might overcook it.)

Well done is RIGHT OUT! If you cook it till it's dry, what's the point?

I cook it until it's dry, dry.

Some voted "Mooooo" ? That was meant to be like a banana option. Gross me out.

huh-- I have loved moose for many years . . . in fact I think I prefer it to beef but I would not say the flavor is the same.

I eat a fair amount of commercial buffalo which IMO is better than beef. The last couple of years my niece's boyfriend has brought us some elk (he shoots one every year), and that is really tasty too.

True, both snake and crocodile are crap on the other hand.

Croc tastes like chicken that's been kept next to fish for a couple of days.
