I answered your questions on your site. This is what I wrote.



1. That we like them and welcome them as guests to our country.
2. Political transparency, secularism, pacifism, value of human life.
3. The entreprenourship and positive view on life.
4.The consumerism, trashy pop-culture, religious extremism.
5. I have not. I dont want to be treated as a potential criminal upon arrival.
6. They seem to be very social and positive. Sometimes I feel sorry for their lack of information about the world around them.
7. Dont be afraid of the local culture, try to understand the reasons behind locals behaviour. Demand good service, but dont expect everything to work the same way as in the US.

9. I dont really know, maybe they are sometimes seen as noisy. Nothing bigger though.
10. Deep down inside we love you and consider you as our brothers and sisters. We care, thats why we disagree sometimes and show it. We also expect to be shown a certain level of respect for our views.

Well Pekka, I needed a moment to figure out if you were being sincere or if you were looking for a debate. I am not here to debate, and I assumed (perhaps inaccurately) that you would have given your opinions by email or on my website if you wanted your views to be recorded. So, I apologize if I ignored you, as I could see no constructive way to reply to your post. I hope you do decide to answer the questions on my site so I can perhaps add one of your comments to my "Mailbag" page for others to read. Bygones?

I speak Spanish, but not well enough to write the Spanish page. My husband's first language is Spanish so he helped me a bit.

The French page was translated by a Frenchman who was kind enough to offer. He thought I would receive more responses from France if I had that option.

If you have found any mistakes, please tell me so I can correct them. Also, if you speak another language I would love to be able to add another page to my website so more people could answer or at least read the questions in their native language.
