    Yeah, baby! It's all about the right players at the right time.

    Still lots of hockey left this week, but I'm liking my position. I dare say my team is as hot as anyone's right now.

    Guy - you're aware Tanguay is injured, right?

    I suppose people might also question Naslund since the Canucks have the least games left possible, but I have faith that he'll want to finish the season strong. And only 3 of their remaining 9 games are on the road.

      Ug. I've been out of the loop for a while, and there wasn't any news or injury tag by his name. Of course, it's not like Gelinas was doing me a world of good.

        Damn you, dejon I wanted Naslund back - just dropped him to load up for Sunday in an attempt to catch Guy. Oh well, c'est la vie.

        And yeah, Tanguay is out for another couple of weeks, most likely.

                  Jagr's big night gives NYE a tie with me in assists, but he loses more ground in +/-. Meanwhile, Turco and Giguere had themselves quite a duel, benefiting me quite a bit. Should tighten up the goalie stats considerably.

                        It's very tight on the other side of the bracket here. It's going to be tough tonight watching the Final Four and tracking hockey scores at the same time. I've made a couple of Sunday pickups just in case we're still close after tonight.

                          The Oilers have possession in calgary's end. An Oiler is skating with the puck free and clear. The refs arm is up, indicating a penalty on Calgary. The Oiler passes back to the D. The shot. Scores!

                          Called back and Edmonton gets a penalty.

                          Where do they get these clowns in the stripes?

                            Torres hit a Flame in the face with his stick. That is a penalty, even if the refs are too dumb to call it immediately.
