I don't think the facts say anything. They may have initially reacted well as a matter of pride, but ultimately they're still a program that can't live up to the school legacy - coach and players. They all know it, and they play like it.

I'm guessing we'll just have to agree to disagree.

/me listens to the screams of anguish from Iowa Hawkeyes fans.

I get the feeling this is gonna be a bad day for a lot of people.

That Iowa-NW St. game was incredible. Christ, I love the first weekend of March Madness! (Even if that game did cost me an Elite Eight pick.)

            what he said.

The late morning session wasn't that exciting. I'm hoping for some better games in the evening.

              We've got trouble.

Michigan State down 5 to George Mason with 8 minutes left.

And Connecticut (!) down 7 to Albany with 15 minutes left.

Holy ****! Albany up 10 on a ridiculous three-pointer as the shot clock runs out!

My bracket is imploding before my very eyes, and I couldn't be happier. Go underdogs!

UConn missed both foul shots, still down 10 with 12 minutes left.

The Big East is turning into the Big Least, just like last year!

I finally saw the SU post-game interview. I don't think I've ever seen a college hoops player look more despondent than G-Mac. Too bad he had to finish his college career on such a bad note.

The CAL/NCSt game isn't dissapointing either. Good stuff.

UConn starting to pull away, as Albany chokes on the monumental history that they were making. Huskies up 6 with 4 to play.

So, how many years until a 16 beats a 1?

Boy, the Big 10 went down in a flaming wreck, didn't it? 2-4 in the first round.
