1) I've never said that (I mean booze part).
2) Doctors who treat Yushenko in Austrian hospital didn't find any traces of poison.

Except the evidence tying Milosevic to this is scanty at best. The other two creeps seem to have been in it up to their eyeballs, but no-one has proved to my satisfaction that Milosevic had anything substantial to do with it. He did give Serbian nationalist speeches, but that would make him the same as virtually every Serb politician in history - the stuff he was saying was pretty much the same that people like him were saying in 1919 when Yugoslavia was founded.

As for the Kosovo thing: people tend to forget that the KLA were a bunch of terrorist loons, much like ETA in Spain or the Chechen rebels. Neither side comes out of that looking rosy.

If you can get past the constant demonization of Milosevic in our media, there isn't much of substance to get him on. Again, I never particularly liked the guy, but calling him the "Butcher of Belgrade" requires some substantial evidence to back it up I think.
