I know you're just worried that we meet in the finals or bronze game and they will demolish few of your players. That's ok. As long as they have a pair, they'll be fine. Not like there's any Jagr type sissies there.

Oh, Jaromir has a new helmet now. He should thank Jarkko for teaching him a lesson about it.

I like it when fighting breaks out and I'm sure it will in one of the remaining games, hopefully Finland and Sweden and a big gang brawl.

The closest we have to Jagr is Forsberg so he could be a target, but he would maybe start fighting he has a bit of a temper sometimes. Otherwise i'm sure we have a few naughties, Sundin has this whole "i'm the captain and must lead the way through combat" thing going on too, i'm not a hockey expert but Holmström also maybe?

UMgghhh. Ruutu is an opportunist. He saw Jagr playing like it was his backyard so he came in and hit the guy. It was the right play from him, and again, the result was not meant to be. The hit was clean. And he got a small cut on his face. Whoopdidoo.

What I'm saying is, no one will be targetting Foppa.. and they shouldn't, in violent ways that is. You don't have to worry about that. They play against each other in the NHL every night... it's not like this is the chance of the lifetime.

And I wasn't talking about fights either

But hard hits... and the ability of the Czech Sissypublic to talk fighting words after they went to sit on the bench and didn't get it on with Ruutu, he was ready for it, the rest got ready when the press interviewed them.

I'm not hoping for gang brawl.. nah.. it'll be heated but it won't go to that. It's not hatred they have for each other, but it's heated for sure! I'm hoping for tough and physical game, everyone bringing it, but not stupidity

They are always heated but they never fight in these games anyway, well at least not Lions against Tre Kronor. So I'm willing to bet a lot of money it won't happen here either.

About Swedish ability to bring it, I'm sure they have it, they're more can do than talking. Sundin is a great player and captain but he gets heated really easy and fast!!! I think he's a great target for little... irritation and I'm sure even if we don't do it, he'll be irritated anyway

Holmström is kind of a big dude and looks the part, so I'm sure he's able if he needed to though.

.. there's nothing like great sports rivalries. Without you guys, we wouldn't have a rivalry out there and it wouldn't be as much fun and exciting. Win or lose, I always wait for these two to pair up. And they usually do.

That pretty much cost the game. Tough to say which way it would have gone after 1-1, but that was ref's fault 100%. What a joke....

Maybe it's a comfort that the team kind fumbled all along the way though... it would have sucked even more if they were going with clean record and fired up, ready to advance to the finals. But still that just sucks. Russia played good though and it's not their fault. But that ref seriously sucked some hairy buttocks, there's no two ways about it, if you're going to prematurely stop the game when the team ties up in the third.. it can't get much worse than that.

If Team Canada were good enough, the ref couldn't have affected them with a premature whistle in the third period.
