    • You think parents lose the right to reprimand when a child grows up?
The child simply gains the right to ignore them.

Who's to blame for the rape? Was the woman stupid? Was she to blame for it? Should she be reprimanded for walking the way she did?
      1. The rapists
      2. Yes
      3. No.
      4. No. I think, having been raped, she might just have gotten the idea that she may have done something dumb.

          • I like this streat. A church seems to be standing opposite to a mosque. I wanted to make a pic of it before as a symbol of peaceful coexistence of religions here. Now however I post this picture as it is a streat next to danish embassy.

                  • Oh those crazy Syrians and their "spontaneous" protests!
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

                    • Oh c-mon, this could happen everywhere. I know they say about Syria that nothing can happen here without the authorities' approval, BUT IT'S NOT TRUE. It may have been true some time ago, perhaps under the Asad the Elder, but now, don't be so sure.

Yeah? They sack foreign embassies a lot in Poland?

                        • No, but there actually was an attack on Russian consulate in Poznan some years ago. I think Russian flag was destroyed.

No. Mobs sack. Are you suggesting the mobs here 'captured' the embassies?

They captured the embassy with the intent to destroy it, ergo, they sacked the building. Very rarely do Western militaries capture a city/building/facility with the intent of looting it/destroying it.
