I have a lot of concerns about Gore as well, especially his involvement in censorship...

Good to see that Wolf Blitzer dedicated a whole 20-some-odd minutes to this on The Situation Room. He even had former Rep. Barr, the Republican who was supposed to introduce Gore.

Why is Al Gore helping the terrorists?

The more I see of Al Gore, the more I realize that the world was simply unlucky in 2000. He's a thoughtful, intelligent, and calm individual. Sort of the person who was needed rather than buttface.

It wasn't bad luck. People made it happen, and they've gotten away ith it. I doubt anyone will ever pay for their fixing of the Florida election.

Fixing of the Florida election? It is a proven fact that if we had continued with your rigged system of counting chads then he still would have lost. Who is the party that has a guide on how to dispute elections? If Gore won then why did Bush win by a very large percentage here 4 years later? Democrats are a god damn bunch of losers, and it's why they don't control anything anymore.

"A president who breaks the law is a threat to the very structure of our government," he said.

                            Does that include perjury?

To be fair, he did get page A03 treatment in the WaPo. Not bad for an incredibly dull has been politician that nobody listens to. Maybe they thought they had some obligation...
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Scott McClellan: "I said Al Gore's hypocrisy knows no bounds. If he is going to be the voice of the Democratic Party on national security matters, we welcome it, we look forward to the discussion."

I was wondering if anyone would like to bet on what dirt they will dish against Gore in the coming weeks if Gore keeps up his attack. The fundraising scandal is the only thing that immediately come to my mind.

Hillary was on the attack today too. She told the Reverend Al Sharpton's National Action Network yesterday, "When you look at how the House of Representatives has been run, it's been run like a plantation, and you know what I'm talking about." She went on to say, "I predict to you that this administration will go down in history as one of the worst that has ever governed our country."

Is this just another tempest in a teapot? As soon as the heat is turned up on Gore and Hillary, they will trip over themselves while furiously back-pedaling in an attempt to mitigate their statements.
"In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed. But they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love. They had 500 years of democracy and peace. And what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."
