How about what's his name, the loudmouthed President of Iran? It would force him to accept international accountability, or at least show the world what radical muslims are really like. Place the man in an international arena where every word he speaks and every action he takes is watched under a planet sized microscope.

United Nations secretary general, Kofi Annan, says the next chief of the world body should come from Asia.
Mr Annan is to retire at the end of next year.
The last UN secretary general from Asia was U Thant from Burma, who served in the post from 1961 to 1971.
Mr Annan, who is from Ghana, says the secretary-general is elected on a rotational basis and next time it is Asia's turn.
Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister, Surakiart Sathirathai, has declared his candidacy and has the backing of the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations.
